My mission is to help every hockey players to reach the limits using individual approach and going in small tiny details. I plan my work every time before I work. I am pedant in ice hockey. Number one I must know my client wishes and motivation. Then I decide, what is the real thing, that my students must get from this practice or camp. The next step is to figure out, how to get that in most effective way. And then we work hard to get there. After we analyze, how it was and what we both can improve…
Hockey skills provides hockey player self confidence and let feel more free in the game. Motivation to improve himself. Powerskating key points is to control uper and lower body. Edges control and explosivity. Biomechanics includes movement efficiency and energy producing. Developing movement apparatus I use a lot of reciprocating and contrary drills. In any case to develop and become better, that means, student must go out of his comfort zone, but I must help him to do that smart.
One of my principles is: “Everyone has to do what he likes the best and succeed”! I love ice hockey! As I feel my best is to teach skills for others. I decided to put all my energy teaching others how to skate, how to stickhandle, how to be quick, agile and how to use those tools in the game – ICE HOCKEY…
Another principle that I teach to my students is:“Use your skills and your imagination”.
